If you have a complaint:
1. Please download the complaint form [DOWNLOAD HERE], fill it out, and send it along with photos of the defective product in a message titled ‘COMPLAINT’ to email@example.com.
2. Please send the parcel containing the complained product and the completed form to the following address: LEO SEASON, ul. Niecała 16/1, 20-080 Lublin
3. We have 14 days from the day we receive the parcel to process the complaint.
4. We will inform you of our decision regarding your complaint via e-mail sent to the address you provided on the form.
