SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS

We offer worldwide shipping through trusted courier partners.

Shipping is free worldwide for all orders above EUR 250 / USD 300. Shipping costs for orders below this threshold are calculated at checkout.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been dispatched.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, excluding local public holidays.

Our courier partners deliver from Monday to Friday during business hours. Please note that deliveries to remote areas may require additional transit time. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including customs procedures, weather conditions, or courier disruptions.

TAXES & DUTIES

All orders shipped within the European Union include applicable taxes and duties in the final purchase price.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, local customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may be applied by the destination country’s customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on local regulations.

REFUSED DELIVERY

If an order is refused upon delivery, shipping costs and any duties, taxes, or customs charges incurred will not be refunded.
