Products purchased at www.leoseason.pl can be returned and sent back within 14 calendar days from the day the courier delivered the parcel to you.

You can return products within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery.
The returned item must not show any signs of use and must have all of its tags and security features attached.
To process a return, please download the return form [DOWNLOAD HERE], which can also be found in the ‘My Orders’ tab after logging into your customer account. Fill out the form and enclose it with the parcel containing the returned product.

Please note that we do not accept returns sent cash on delivery (COD).
We kindly ask that you keep your parcel tracking number in case the shipped parcel is lost in transit.
We will process your return within 14 days of receiving the item.
